Marcus Johnson, Esq.
FOUNDING ATTORNEY
Marcus Johnson, Esq., is the founding attorney of Ambassador Law, an estate planning and elder law firm serving Florida families with the same "protect and serve"commitment he brought to law enforcement. A third-generation Floridian and second-generation public servant, Marcus grew up watching his parents—a nurse and a teacher—demonstrate what it means to serve the public interest.
Marcus began his career as a law enforcement officer protecting Florida communities on the streets for a decade. After graduating from law school and passing the bar exam, he brought that same commitment to the courtroom as a prosecutor, advocating for victims and ensuring justice was served. While he found purpose in that work, the demanding 24/7 nature of law enforcement made it difficult to prioritize quality time with family. When he married, Marcus realized he wanted to build a practice that would allow him to protect and serve others while also being present for the life and legacy he and his wife were creating together.
That realization led him to elder law and estate planning. In this field, he could continue his commitment to protect and serve, but now safeguarding the assets, wishes, and legacies families have worked their entire lives to build. Marcus now helps Florida seniors and families with estate planning, elder law, and probate.
Clients benefit from the same vigilance, integrity, and commitment Marcus demonstrated in law enforcement. Protecting a legacy requires the same careful attention to detail and proactive planning that protecting a community does. Whether families need to prepare for long-term care costs, structure trusts to protect assets, or ensure a smooth transition of wealth to the next generation, they receive representation marked by the heart of a protector and the skill of an experienced advocate.
Marcus founded Ambassador Law with a clear goal: to help Florida families protect what they've been entrusted with, and to help secure their own future and a future for the generations that follow.
